Estawredly Pro is a specialized platform that simplifies importing from China and provides full shipping and customs clearance services. The photos and videos attached to each product accurately reflect its actual quality and specifications, and purchasing any product constitutes explicit acceptance of the quality level shown on the product page. No compensation may be claimed for dissatisfaction with quality if the product matches the displayed specifications. However, Estawredly Pro undertakes to compensate the customer if documented manufacturing defects are proven, provided the claim is submitted officially and with documentation within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
Each product has a minimum order set by the platform management, and orders below this minimum are not accepted.
All prices shown include the cost of goods, shipping, customs and the service fee (2% of goods value, waived when ordering 10 or more cartons of the same item). The full order amount must be paid to start consolidation and shipping. Available payment methods vary by country.
Orders are consolidated in shared containers to achieve the best prices. Each container has a set consolidation period. If the container is not complete within that period, the customer may swap the order for another product closer to completion, in coordination with the Estawredly team.
The order can only be cancelled within one week of the payment date, and for reasons reasonably accepted by Estawredly management. After this period, refund requests are not accepted because the platform will have actually started purchasing and shipping. The refund option no longer appears in the platform after this period. Instead, the product can be replaced if the container is not completed.
Estawredly Pro is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions or customs procedures. We are committed to notifying you immediately of any change in delivery dates.
All platform content is the exclusive property of Estawredly. Copying or republishing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
